What exactly do I get for $99?
One dedicated agent, hosted forever on our infrastructure, with persistent memory, Telegram + Discord + WeChat integrations, scheduled tasks, and all future core platform updates. No subscription, no upsells. We mean lifetime.
Do I need to bring my own LLM key?
Yes — bring your own OpenRouter, OpenAI, or Anthropic key. This keeps your usage predictable and your data flowing through providers you trust. Setup is one paste in the dashboard.
What if I cancel during the trial?
Nothing. We don't ask for a card until you upgrade. After 7 days the trial agent pauses but your memory is kept for 30 days in case you come back.
Where does the data live?
EU + US regions. Each agent runs in its own isolated container with an encrypted volume. We never train on your conversations.
Can I export everything if I leave?
Always. One click in Settings exports your full memory store, message history, and configuration as JSON. Your data is yours.
Will I be charged if I go over my limit?
No. Karp never charges platform overage fees — we block or pause messages when you hit your cap, and you can upgrade anytime. LLM usage is billed by your own API provider (BYOK), not by Karp.
